Can I trust the home inspector?
I didn't get in this business to make millions, I did it to help people make informed decisions. I'm a firm believer in the Golden Rule and I'll treat you as such. I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the American Society of Home Inspectors. I have also maintained a SECRET security clearance for the last 16 years. Lastly, I've enjoyed volunteering at Sartell High School as an assistant Track & Field coach for the previous 3 years.
When will I receive the home inspection report?
Same day. When you hire me, you are my priority.
How much does a home inspection cost in the Cold Spring area?

-The Schools. I coach track at Sartell High School and every time I interact with Rocori staff, coaches or students from the area, they never fail to impress me!
-Third Street Brew House- Awesome environment and plenty of beverages to choose from.
-Cold Spring Phoenix Too- Quick, Cheap, Tasty Chinese food!
-Marnanteli's Pizza- Fun, family vibe that serves up great pizza.
-The Horseshoe Chain of Lakes- So many little inlets and bays to explore.
